Time And Material Repairs

For unscheduled or emergency repairs, our Time-and-Material approach offers flexibility to address unforeseen issues as they arise. Customers pay for the actual labor and material costs, while still benefiting from capped material costs to ensure overall cost control.

Landing Programs

Our Performance-Based Landing Programs are designed to help airlines eliminate the variability in wheel and brake repair costs across their entire fleet. An agreed-upon monthly fee covers a defined scope of work and an estimated number of landings or cycles, smoothing out costs over the contract period. This approach helps reduce administrative costs, improves budgeting accuracy, and provides more predictable maintenance expenses. 
 

Exchange Programs

Maximizing airtime and minimizing delays are critical in aviation. Our Exchange Programs ensure parts availability and fast turnaround times. With our Advance Exchange option, we ship parts or assemblies immediately upon request, even if individual components aren’t readily available. Customers benefit from minimized inventory needs and faster maintenance cycles while maintaining high operational uptime.

Pool Programs

Our Pool Programs are designed to minimize aircraft downtime and reduce parts ownership costs. We manage and replenish parts in an inventory pool, whether onsite at the customer's facility or housed at our location. Structured as a monthly fee based on anticipated needs, Pool Programs convert capital expenditure into operational costs, offering greater financial flexibility and ensuring critical parts are always available when needed.
